On Tuesday, Day 256 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the devastated Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various areas of the destroyed and starved coastal enclave.

This continued Israeli military bombing resulted in the killing of many Palestinians and wounding at least 73, including children and women.

The Israeli army has also targeted a group of merchants and humanitarian aid teams, resulting in the deaths of nine Palestinians, and the injury of many others, who were all rushed to the European Hospital located south of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The army targeted the Palestinians on the road between the cities of Rafah and Khan Younis, in the area that the Israeli army claimed is a “designated safe zone” during daytime.

Despite these claims, the Israeli army continues to destroy, wire, and detonate dozens of homes in the Saudi neighborhood and Tal al-Sultan, west of Rafah.

Medical sources said a Palestinian, Ayman Khalifa, was killed and his brother was injured when the army bombarded their home in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood.

Another Palestinian, Azmi Shahtout, was also killed when the army fired a missile at a home in Rafah.

Furthermore, Amin Suleiman Hassan Abu Jazar, 52, died from complications from surgery after he was seriously injured when the army bombed an area near the Salahuddin Gate when the army began the Rafah offensive.

In addition, the Israeli Air Force fired missiles at homes in the Nuseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza, killing fifteen Palestinians and wounding dozens, including women and children.

The Palestinians were in two homes in the refugee camp when the army fired missiles at the properties.

Moreover, eight Palestinians were killed, and several others were wounded when the army fired a missile at a home for the Ar-Ra’ey family in Camp 1 in the Nuseirat Camp.

Similarly, five citizens were killed, and several others were injured when the army fired missiles at the property of the Al-Madhoun family in Nusseirat.

Furthermore, the army fired many artillery shells at homes and buildings in areas east of the al-Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Also, two Palestinians were killed when the army fired a missile at a home for the Harb family, in Block 3, in the center of the Al-Boreij refugee camp.

Additionally, the army carried out a series of bombings in the town of Al-Mughraqa and the surrounding areas of Wadi Gaza, situated to the north of the Nuseirat camp in the central and northern regions of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, the army resumed the firing of shells and missiles at the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, displacing many families, yet again, who headed towards the western part of the city, especially when Israeli tanks invaded Kashko Street, near Al-Rida Mosque.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters targeted with mortar shells a command center used by Israeli forces invading areas south of Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah.

It added that its fighters also destroyed two Israeli tanks with Yassin 105 shells in Tal Al-Sultan.

Israel has now killed at least 37.347 Palestinians, and injured more than 85.372, including many elders, women, and children, in addition to the thousands of missing Palestinians, largely under the rubble, on destroyed streets and bombarded alleys, in various parts of the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.
